    OVERALL FUNCTION

    The Improvement Coordinator for Info & Technique will help the AVP for Info & Technique. S/he’ll assist develop and ship plans and supplies to make sure that folks throughout EDF perceive how the Improvement Division works. The Coordinator may also assist handle processes that assist us construct and preserve robust relationships with our present and future donors.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    Administrative

    • Manages calendar, activity board and expense reporting for the AVP of Info & Technique
    • Manages Improvement Analysis finances, subscription renewals and related vendor relationships
    • Works carefully with AVP of Info & Technique & Director of Prospect Analysis on pipeline administration

    Orientation & Coaching

    • Develops and manages Four-6-week orientation plans for all new Improvement Administrative employees
    • Trains new Improvement Administrative employees on duties together with expense reporting, journey planning, calendar administration and constructing go to “want lists”
    • Works with the AVP of Info & Technique and related hiring managers to develop orientation plans for all different new Improvement hires (Reward Officers, Operations Professionals, Administration hires), and manages their execution
    • Identifies, paperwork and offers ongoing coaching classes on greatest practices and new Departmental processes
    • Helps develop orientation plans and supplies for different EDF employees and new trustees
